• Information arising from telephone, e-mail or in person. This involves information you provide when making an appointment, when you change or update your personal details.

• I will collect information about you from consultations with me. This information will be recorded on a form and it will be updated as and when necessary.

• I may receive information from other sources such as medical details from your general practitioner or other healthcare professionals.

Can I find out what information you are storing about me?

Yes,  you will have full access to your personal data and treatment records on the submission of a written request.

How is data about you stored?

I have a legal obligation to keep treatment records for a minimum of ten years. All record are stored and processed in line with the data protection act 2018 and EU general data protection regulations. At no time will Steady Professional Massage Therapy sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third parties.
