I have a current first aid certificate, DBS checked and professional and public indemnity insurance for the service that I provide.

I will maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and clients are asked to ensure that they also maintain a high standard of personal hygiene

Clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This parent or guardian must give written permission for the agreed massage therapy to be performed. They will be asked to be present at all times throughout the treatment.

Where appropriate and justifiable I can refuse, discontinue or defer treatment if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of treatment.  The same applies if you as the client are physically or verbally abusive, or demonstrates inappropriate aggressive or sexual behaviour. Such behaviour will result in a total ban and will result in criminal proceedings.
