ABOUT ME

I'm a fully qualified VTCT 4 Sports massage therapist (trained at Sport Therapy in Hertford). I use massage techniques to prevent and manage injuries and support soft tissue repair.

I am also a Level 3 Swedish Massage and an Indian Head Massage Therapist graduating from Bedford College. I have trained at Middlesex School Of Complementray Therapy in 2023- 2024, and achived Oncology Massage Certificate. In addition I hold St John Ambulance in Essential First Aid and have been DBS checked. I have been an active club runner for the last 18 years, including running 5 full marathons. I appreciated the benefits of massage therapy when training and preparing for my marathons.

In addition to running, I am a keen cyclist,swimmer and walker. I enjoy yoga and meditation as a means to relax and unwind. I am continuing to develop my knowledge through further training on sports and massage therapies as well as Reflexology. I also volunteer for Above and Beyond Cancer Charity based in Biggleswade and Volunteer at St. John's Hospice in Moggerhanger one day a week.
